Abstract

Ля адаптации лошадей к спортивным нагрузкам был испытан препарат «Пантоин» из пантов северного оленя. Для проведения эксперимента сформировали две группы лошадей по 8 гол. в каждой, животным опытной группы за месяц до соревнований внутримышечно вводили «Пантоин» в дозе 5 мл трижды с интервалом 5 дн. Эффективность терапии оценивали по снижению выраженности клинических признаков усталости, а также по результатам биохимического анализа сыворотки крови. Применение испытуемого препарата позволило почти в 2 раза сократить период восстановления организма лошадей после интенсивной нагрузки. Effect of the drug Pantoin containing an extract of reindeer antlers was investigated for the purpose of adaptation of horses to sports loads. Sixteen racehorses were involved in the experiment: eight of them were injected intramuscularly three doses of 5 ml «Pantoin» every 5 days before racing. Reduction in clinical signs of weariness in animals and the results of blood chemistry showed the treatment efficacy of the investigational product.
