Abstract

Для оптимизации работы ортопедо-травматологической службы региона разработан и внедрен в практику автоматизированный регистр заболеваний костно-мышечной системы, врожденных аномалий и деформаций костной системы детского населения. Указанный регистр представляет собой не только базу данных о пациентах, но и формирует основу для принятия эффективных управленческих решений по вопросам кадрового, материальнотехнического, финансового обеспечения службы, укрепления ее этапности, что в конечной итоге позволяет повысить доступность и качество ортопедо-травматологической помощи детям.

For optimization of work of orthopedo-traumatologic service of region the automated register of diseases of osteo-muscular system, congenital anomalies and deformations of bone system of the children's population is developed and introduced in practice. Th e specifi ed register represents not only a database about patients, but also forms a basis for acceptance of eff ective administrative decisions concerning personnel, material, fi nancial maintenance of service, that in fi nal allows to raise availability and quality of the orthopedo-traumatologic help to children
