Теоретические основы технологического проектирования предприятий технического сервиса лесной отрасли

Abstract

В организации технического обслуживания и ремонта техники имеется неравномерный поток заявок. На основе этого положения при проектировании предприятий технического сервиса могут быть применены законы системы массового обслуживания. Как правило, на производстве одновременно могут эксплуатироваться объекты с различной наработкой и, следовательно, с различной вероятностью отказа. Для оценки технического состояния таких объектов предлагается определять количество отказов на интервале наработки с помощью средневзвешенной вероятности отказа парка эксплуатируемых машин за определенный период времени. Средневзвешенная вероятность отказа представляет собой вероятность отказа парка машин как единой системы и численно равна относительному количеству отказов на интервале всей системы машин. Для расчетов принятый период эксплуатации парка машин был разделен на равные интервалы и принималось допущение о том, что на интервале замены не производятся, все отказавшие объекты подлежат замене в конце интервала и составляют группу машин с одинаковой наработкой.

There are irregular flow of applications in the organization of technical maintenance and repair of equipment. On the basis of this provision the laws of mass service system can be applied in design of technical services. As a rule, machines with the different operating time and, as a result, with the different failure probability can be exploit at the plants. The evaluation of the object’s technical state can be determined by number of their failures at the interval of operating time. It is offered to use a weighted average probability of failures of park machines for a certain period of time. Weighted average probability of failures is a failure probability of park cars as a whole system and can be evaluate as relative amount of system machine failures. For calculations, the period of car park exploitation was divided into the equal intervals and it was assumed that there is no replacements within the interval, whole failure objects must be replaced at the end of this interval and forms machine group with the equal operating time.
