Abstract

Search of ways of development of Russian society dominates the minds of compatriots for several centuries. In terms of development and deepening of the crisis, the imposition of sanctions against the Russian state once again becomes a hot topic special way of development of Russia, its self-sufficiency, place in the global community and the impact on the development of the world process. Russia defends its right to make independent decisions, their understanding of fairness and opportunity to defend its interests on the world stage. Phenomena and processes, which are discussed in society, one way or another, raise issues specific to the understanding and development of such phenomenon, as a political culture. According to the author, by Russian philosophers of the second half of the nineteenth century laid the foundations for the study of such phenomenon as political culture. The article attempts to show that the origins of the emergence of the prototype of such a phenomenon as political culture, to be found on Russian soil.
