Abstract

Personal income tax is the tax, which is responsible for social functions. It is a means of solving social and economic problems, it allows redistributing the social product between the various categories of the population in order to reduce social inequalities and maintain social stability. However, the current system of income taxation of the Russian Federation needs to be reviewed in connection with insufficient implementation of the principle of social justice.
