Социально-экономическая характеристика старших возрастных групп больных с артериальной гипертонией

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты основных показателей социально-экономической характеристики больных артериальной гипертонией (АГ) 211 человек пожилого, 107 пациентов старческого и 108 больных среднего возрастов, полученных с помощью социологического опроса. Сделан вывод о большом количестве одиноко проживающих пациентов, а также о более качественном лечении пациентов, проживающих совместно с детьми и внуками. Установлено, что большинство пациентов удовлетворены уровнем оказываемой им медицинской помощи. При этом свыше 2/3 пациентов пожилого и 3/4 больных старческого возрастов считают, что медицинская помощь должна быть только бесплатной, в то же время около 50% больных приходится оплачивать лечение АГ.

The article presents the results of the main indicators of socio-economic characteristics of patients with arterial hypertension (AH) 211 elderly people, 107 older patients and 108 patients of middle ages resulting by the sociological survey. It is concluded that there are a lot of patients who live alone, also that more qualitative treatment get the patients living with children and grandchildren. It is found that most patients are satisfied with the level of medical care provided to them. Thus, more than 2/3 of elderly patients and 3/4 of old patients believe that health care should be only free, at the same time, about 50 % of the patients have to pay for the treatment of hypertension.
