Стресс в организации: управление в контексте социально-ориентированной экономики

Abstract

The article deals with the control of the organizational stress, which is assessed from the perspective of social-oriented management. It addresses a number of issues: the history of studying the problem of stress, arising in the companies, the symptoms and effects of individual stress, organizational stress influence on business performance. The methods for the elimination and prevention and of organizational stress, used in Russia and abroad, are proposed.

Статья посвящена вопросам борьбы с организационным стрессом, который оценивается с позиции социально-ориентированного управления. Рассматривается ряд аспектов: история изучения проблемы стрессов, возникающих в компаниях, признаки и последствия индивидуального стресса, влияние организационного стресса на эффективность бизнеса. Предложены методы устранения и профилактики организационного стресса, применяемые в России и за рубежом.
