О влиянии уровня профессиональной культуры на эффективность труда персонала предприятий

Abstract

Indicators for establishing professional standards among workers are elaborated. Provisions for raising the level of professional standards among personnel are outlined.

Определены показатели формирования профессиональной культуры работников предприятия. Выявлены резервы повышения уровня профессиональной культуры персонала.
