Abstract

Исследуются случаи одновременного применения нескольких презумпций в рамках регулирования отдельных правоотношений; на основании авторского понимания презумпций делается общий вывод об отсутствии конкуренции между ними. The article suggests the consideration of a question, which is outlined in the literature as «the issue of presumptions' competition». The cases of simultaneous application of several presumptions within certain legal regulation are analyzed and general conclusion about the absence of competition between the presumptions based on the author's understanding of the presumptions is made.
