Abstract

Analyzed 155 kidney recipients operated on between 2006 and 2010. From them 75 (47,7%) patients with the anury period more than 3 years. The way of treatment of patients with a long anury at transplantation of a kidney consists of three stages: presurgical, perioperatsionny and postoperative. In research three groups are allocated. The first group of patients with a long anury without additional urological inspection and treatment. The second group with a long anury, but with carried out perioperatsionny and postoperative stages. In the third group all three stages of treatment of patients with a long anury were carried out at kidney transplantation. The carried-out research proves efficiency of the offered way of treatment. Results, both in the next, and in the remote postoperative period are improved. At performance of a full course the survival rate of patients increased for 14,5%, the survival rate of a transplant increased for 35,3%. Additional specific inspection and treatment allows to reduce number of urological complications of 17% for the three-year period of supervision.
