Результаты мониторинга потребления противомикробных препаратов в амбулаторной практике

Abstract

Представлены результаты оценки потребления противомикробных препаратов в амбулаторной практике с 2000 по 2012 год с использованием DDD-методологии. В 2000 году в аптеках преобладали продажи нитрофуранов, нитроимидазолов, сульфаниламидов, макролидов (эритромицин, олеандомицин), линкомицина и тетрациклина. К 2012 году основу потребления составили фторхинолоны, бета-лактамные антибиотики и макролиды. Использование комплаентных препаратов со стабильными фармакокинетическими характеристиками амоксициллин, азитромицин, кларитромицин, джозамицин, ципрофлоксацин, левофлоксацин создает условия для повышения эффективности антибактериальной терапии и снижения вероятности формирования антибиотикорезистентности возбудителей инфекционных процессов в амбулаторной практике.
