Возможности применения зарубежного опыта формирования электронного правительства в России

Abstract

В статье анализируется опыт формирования электронного правительства в зарубежных станах, исходя из основных общемировых тенденций развития информационных технологий. Под углом социологического подхода применения электронного правительства выявляются успешные практики зарубежных стран в данном вопросе, а также возможности применения опыта стран в построении электронного правительства в России.

The experience in e-government formation in foreign countries is analyzed proceeding from the main worldwide tendencies in IT development. In terms of the sociological approach to e-government application, the author shows successful practice of foreign countries, as well as the opportunities of foreign experience application for e-government formation in Russia.
