Abstract

The innovative direction in Russia's modern legal doctrine is the structurization of the social legal system proceeding from the larger quantity of the classification grounds, than it takes place now. The approach which will allow to single out in the legal system structure not only elements, but also such subsystems as judicial and legal, law-enforcement, incentive and legal and others, is more perspective.
