This article describes the current procedure of public and professional expertise, its rules and criteria. Much attention is paid to management decisions that may affect the general condition of the university, depending on the the criterion whose results the expert considered in need of improvement on the results of carried out expertise.

В статье описана существующая процедура общественно-профессиональной экспертизы, ее регламент и критерии. Большое внимание уделено управленческим решениям, способным повлиять на общее состояние вуза в зависимости от критерия, чьи показатели эксперт счел нуждающимися в улучшении по результатам проводимой экспертизы.
