Abstract

The article analyses various authors’ approaches to interpretation of the notions of “competence”, “competency”, “management”, “competency building approach”. The concept content of “management competence of small business professionals ” is introduced for the first time.

Содержит анализ подходов разных авторов к интерпретации понятий «компетентность», «компетенция», «менеджмент», «компетентностный подход». Впервые представлено содержание понятия «управленческая компетенция кадров малого бизнеса».
