О некоторых математических и логических ограничениях на использование матрицы риска в системе управления безопасностью полетов

Abstract

В статье кратко рассмотрены некоторые вопросы, касающиеся ограничений по применению рекомендованной матрицы рисков, связанных с её низкой разрешающей способностью и неоднозначностью количественных оценок.

In this article there are briefly considered some limitations of risk matrix as a result of its poor resolution and ambiguity of quantity assessment.
