Abstract

This article deals with the notion of International Human Law from the standpoint of political science. We see the political side of the humanitarian framework of the Geneva Conventions & Additional Protocol.

В статье рассматривается понятие «международное гуманитарное право» с позиций политической науки. Раскрывается политическая сторона гуманитарных основ «Женевских конвенций» и «Дополнительных протоколов».
