Abstract

Для популяризации и развития лыжных гонок как вида спорта появляются новые форматы соревнований, такие как спринт, командный спринт, дуатлон (скиатлон). Каждый новый формат соревнований имеет свои особенности, в результате чего и подготовка лыжников должна соответствовать этим особенностям. В данной статье рассматриваются особенности подготовки лыжников-гонщиков к одному из новых форматов соревнований – скиатлону

In order to promote and develop cross-country skiing as a sport, new competition formats, such as sprint, team sprint, duathlon (skiathlon) appear. Each new competition format is different, resulting in the preparation of skiers that must comply with different characteristics. This article discusses the features of the preparation of racing skiers for one of the new competition format – skiathlon
