Материалы к разработке теории информации. 1. Меры количества и качества информации

Abstract

Выявлены пять этапов международной полемики учёных о сущности информации, её количественного и качественного описания. Проанализированы описанные в литературе меры для оценки количества информации, различные трактовки терминов «информация» и «данные», обобщены и описаны свойства информации, что позволило формализовать категорию «информация» и набор её свойств, представив их в тензорном виде. Введённые в рассмотрение линейные пространства векторных функций принадлежности позволили обоснованно показать, что информация является тензорной величиной. Это дало возможность понять, что теория информации может быть разработана с помощью методов тензорного анализа и теории нечётких множеств.
