The work is devoted to the analysis of legal relations between public authorities and religious organizations at the present stage in the light of requirements of Russian legislation and international law, to the problems of legislative and standard regulation of their mutual relations, to the questions of differentiation of their powers, to the specificity of the organization of their constructive cooperation.
