Клиническая эффективность медикаментозной терапии депрессивного эпизода у пациентов с перенесенным инфарктом миокарда

Abstract

В работе представлена распространенность депрессивных расстройств в постинфарктном периоде, а также способы коррекции депрессивного эпизода разной степени тяжести. Выявлено, что использование триптофана, омакора в суточной дозе 1 г является эффек-тивным для коррекции легкого депрессивного эпизода у пациентов с перенесенным инфарктом миокарда, использование пароксетина в суточной дозе 20 мг в течение 3 месяцев эффективно для коррекции депрессивного эпизода средней тяжести после инфаркта миокарда. Отмечено отсутствие динамики уровня депрессии в группе контроля через 3 месяца наблюдения согласно шкале депрессии Гамильтона.

Article represents prevalence of depressive disorders following myocardial infarction, severity of depression and treatment of depressive episode. It is revealed that use of tryptophan, and omacor at a dose of 1 gram daily reduced «mild» depressive episode at patients, and use of paroxetine in a daily dose of 20 mg within 3 months is effective for correction of moderate depressive episode. The level of depression have not changed in control group after 3 months of supervision in Hamilton depression rating scale.
