Abstract

Рассматриваются направления работы областных органов власти, активизирующих процессы формирования и развития профессионального исполнительства на русских народных инструментах в Челябинской области в 1919-1930-е гг.

The areas of work of the regional authorities intensifying processes of formation and development of professional performance on the Russian national tools in Chelyabinsk region in the 1919-1930th are considered.
