
В статье проанализированы основные подходы и предложена методика оценки конкурентоспособности предприятий сферы услуг, учитывающая особенности их функционирования и основанная на оценке показателей: финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, инновационной активности, имиджа предприятия и деловой репутации, качества услуги, уровня развития организационной культуры. Обоснована необходимость применения при оценке конкурентоспособности предприятия сферы услуг такого показателя как адаптивность
The article analyzes the major approaches and offers a methodology of evaluation of competitiveness at the enterprises in the sphere of services based on the indices of financial and economic performance, innovative activity, enterprise image and business reputation, quality of services, development of organizational culture. The author argues that the criteria of “adaptiveness” should also be taken into consideration as an important factor of competitiveness
