Abstract

The study is based on the analysis of the results of treatment of 42 patients with acute obturative cholangitis. The method of correction of mechanical jaundice of 29 patients implies formation of double invaginated valve from mucososubmucosal layers of intestinal wall in the area of biliary-enteric anastomosis. Introduction of the developed method of chodedohoduodenostomia into the clinical practice allowed to achieve reduction of cholangiogenic infection under obturational involvement of bile-excreting system, avoid mortality and severe complications of the early post-operative period, prevent development of reflux-cholangitis.
