Прочностные свойства серных композитов на аппретированной кварцевой муке

Abstract

Важным свойством серных композитов, которое характеризует качество сформировавшейся структуры, является прочность, зависящая от физико-механических характеристик исходных веществ и интенсивности физико-химических взаимодействий, происходящих на границе раздела фаз. Главным структурообразующим фактором в серных композиционных материалах является содержание наполнителя. В качестве наполнителя в данной работе использована аппретированная кварцевая мука с удельной поверхностью 180, 300, 420 м2/кг, в качестве аппрета – синтетический каучук марки СКДН-Н. В ходе исследований установлено влияние основных рецептурно-технологических факторов на прочностные свойства серных композитов на обработанной аппретом кварцевой муке с различной удельной поверхностью. Выявлено, что зависимости пределов прочности при изгибе и сжатии от концентрации аппрета и продолжительности изотермической выдержки имеют экстремальный характер, значения прочности при изгибе 14…16 МПа, при сжатии 50…60 МПа.

An important property of sulfur composites, which characterizes the quality of the formed structure is a strength that depends on the physical-mechanical characteristics of the initial substances and the intensity of physical-chemical interactions occurring at the phase boundary. The main structure-forming factor in sulfur composite materials is the content of the filler. As filler in this paper, we used a brushed quartz powder with a specific surface area of 180, 300, 420 m2/kg, as sizing synthetic rubber stamps SKDN-N. In the course of the research the influence of major prescription-technological factors on the mechanical properties of sulfur compounds on the processed sizing quartz flour with different specific surface area. It is revealed that the dependence of ultimate strength in bending and compression on the concentration of the sizing and duration of isothermal aging have extreme character, the values of the flexural 14...16 MPa, compression 50...60 MPa.
