Модель информационной системы оценки изменчивости экстремальных природных явлений

Abstract

The authors examine the information system structure of extreme natural phenomena variability estimation. The information system functions which allow estimating, reconstructing and predicting natural events are determined.

Рассмотрена структура информационной системы оценки изменчивости экстремальных природных явлений. Определены функции информационной системы, позволяющие оценивать, реконструировать и прогнозировать природные события.
