Возрастная динамика объемов внутричерепных структур в аспекте медико-экспертной оценки травматического сдавления головного мозга

Abstract

Изучена возрастная динамика объемов нелабильных внутричерепных структур. Доказано отсутствие значимого влияния половой принадлежности субъекта на характер возрастной инволюции головного мозга и получено ее аналитическое описание. Разработан способ диагностики отека головного мозга по его массе при его травматическом сдавлении. Результаты исследования рекомендуются для практического использования при судебно-медицинских экспертизах случаев смерти от травматического сдавления головного мозга.
