Abstract

Обозначается необходимость проведения комплексного научного исследования системы мер поощрения положительного послепреступного поведения лица. Предлагаются отдельные вопросы, которые при этом могут быть подвергнуты изучению.

The article designates the necessity of pursuing of a multipronged scientific research of a system of incentives for a positive after-criminal behavior. It suggests several problems for meticulous exploration.
