Повышение эффективности управления производственными затратами на основе совершенствования процесса обеспечения предприятия материальными ресурсами

Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость повышения эффективности управления производственными затратами на основе совершенствования процесса обеспечения предприятия материальными ресурсами. По сформированному критерию эффективности управления производственными затратами осуществляется выбор одного из трех разработанных подходов к снабжению предприятия товарно-материальными ценностями.
