Abstract

В статье рассматривается таможенная защита прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности. Описывается существующая система таможенной защиты прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности в Евразийском экономическом союзе. Приводятся проблемы таможенной защиты прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности при экономической интеграции.

The article deals with customs protection of intellectual property. It describes the existing system of customs protection of intellectual property in the Eurasian Economic Union. It lists issues related to the customs protection of intellectual property through economic integration.
