Эколого-физиологические аспекты неспецифического иммунитета человека в условиях севера

Abstract

Для получения количественных характеристик функционального состояния организма необходима комплексная оценка изменений иммунного статуса с использованием трех факторов: F1 иммунотропный экофактор, F2 фактор функционального потенциала лейкоцитов как кровяных клеток, ответственных за иммунитет человека, F3 фактор состояния анатомо-физиологического барьера (слизистых оболочек и кожи). Дифференцированный подход с учетом определения показателей позволил установить специфику и направленность изменений в иммунном статусе организма в некоторых регионах Северо-запада (районы Карелии, в том числе, г. Петрозаводск; Мурманск и область).
