Abstract

No sustainable economic growth is possible without revitalising innovative activities in regional complexes, sectors and companies. In order to step up the regional economic efficiency on the basis of innovative transformations of production and management, one needs technological chains incorporating scientific research and the implementation of its results into production as well as servicing science-adsorbing industries. State and regional innovation policies should meet these tasks.
