Abstract

The views of the outstanding Russian jurist N.N. Alexeyev on law as a holistic phenomenon are analyzed from the perspective of the phenomenological approach. The article explores in detail the relationship of phenomenological philosophy as a methodological basis of constructing the concept of law and the theory proposed by Alekseev.
