Abstract

The development of muscles energy supply in primary school age is characterized by a number of specific features. Changes in muscles energy supply at this age are not stable. All parameters of energy supply demonstrate heterochronic changes. The general tendency of changes in work efficiency indices is the same in subjects of the same physique groups. However the load of work and the mechanism of energy supply are different. It was found out that though there is common tendency of increase of work efficiency at the age of 7, 9 and 11 years and corresponding decrease at 8 and 10 years, the regulation of muscle work in areas of high and extremely high energy supplies are different. Regulation of power supply of muscular activity varies and depends on individual, typological and age features of the growing organism.
