Abstract

Many projects involve the provision of the certain types of support, thus the efficiency criteria can be used to select the priorities of investment policy. In practice the efficiency is often used as a synonym for success, effectiveness and competitiveness of enterprises. According to the type we distinguish the target, technological, economic (resource), and institutional efficiency. The efficiency of the project can be represented as a category that expresses the ratio of outcomes and costs of the project as a whole to the interests of its members. To solve the problem of calculating the integral evaluation of the efficiency it is proposed to use the procedure to determine the weighting coefficients when coordinating the assessment results. The procedure is based on the method of hierarchy analysis.
