Abstract

На основании многолетних исследований специфики психологической адаптации спортсменов, завершающих карьеру, были выделены задачи их психологического сопровождения на этапе завершения спортивной деятельности. Они касаются оптимизации характеристик психологической адаптации, степени адаптированности к спорту и условиям жизни вне его. С целью их реализации разработана технология психологического сопровождения спортсменов, завершающих спортивную карьеру, которая показала свою высокую эффективность. Психологическое сопровождение позволило оптимизировать характеристики психологической адаптации спортсменов, преодолеть негативные последствия, вызванные кризисом завершения спортивной карьеры.

Based on years of research of specificity of psychological adaptation of athletes completing a career the tasks of psychological support for the period of finishing the sporting activities have been defined. They relate to the optimization of the characteristics of psychological adaptation, the degree of adaptability to the sport and conditions of life outside it. In order to implement these tasks the technology of psychological support of athletes has been developed proving its efficiency. The psychological support allowed to optimize the characteristics of adaptation, overcome negative consequences related to the crisis of finishing the sporting career.
