В статье рассматривается решение актуальной задачи управления ресурсами авиационного предприятия на основе обоснованных расчётов плановой и фактической себестоимости изделий. Расчёт плановой себестоимости изделий, базирующийся на приближенных методах, является не эффективным, что в конечном итоге приводит к значительному ухудшению фактических экономических показателей предприятия. Для решения задачи расчета плановой и фактической себестоимости изделий предлагается использовать апробированные методы и модели, реализованные в виде программного обеспечения интегрированной автоматизированной информационной системы предприятия.

In article the solution of an actual problem of resource management at aviation enterprise on the basis of reasonable calculations of planned and actual cost of articles is considered. Calculation of planned prime cost of the articles, based on the approached methods, is not effective that finally leads to considerable deterioration of the actual economic indicators of the enterprise. For the solution of a problem of calculation of planned and actual cost of articles it is offered to use the approved methods and the models realized in the form of the software of integrated automated information system of the enterprise.
