Хронобиологические особенности артериальной гипертонии на Крайнем Севере

Abstract

Изучены хронобиологические особенности артериального давления у лиц с артериальной гипертонией, проживающих на Крайнем Севере. Показано, что при артериальной гипертонии повышается вариабельность, нагрузка давлением, увеличивается величина и скорость утреннего прироста артериального давления, а степень ночного снижения артериального давления не изменяется.

The chronobiological peculiarities of arterial blood pressure (BP) in hypertensive people living in the Far North were studied. It is found out that in hypertensives the variability of BP and BP load are elevated, the value and tempo of morning blood pressure rising are also elevated, degree of nocturnal BP fall does not change.
