Специально-криминологические меры противодействия сексуальной насильственной преступности в семье

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования специально-криминологических мер противодействия сексуальной насильственной преступности в семье. Сформулированы основные направления криминологической профилактики сексуальных насильственных преступлений, совершаемых в отношении членов семьи, определены основные задачи и приоритетные пути ее оптимизации.

In the article questions of improvement of specially-criminological measures of counteraction to sexual violent crime in the family are considered. The main directions of criminological prevention of sexually violent crimes committed against family members are formed, main goals and priority ways of its optimization are defined.
