Особенности иммунологической реактивности организма животных при туберкулезе и микобактериозах

Abstract

В статье освещается проблема диагностики, борьбы и профилактики туберкулеза крупного рогатого скота. За последние 30 40 лет при исследовании крупного рогатого скота на туберкулез массово начали выделять реагирующих на туберкулин животных. Но на забое патологоанатомическим исследованием изменений, характерных для туберкулеза, не выявляли. При лабораторном исследовании материала от реагирующих на туберкулин животных выделяли культуры атипичных микобактерий. Учеными были разработаны различные методы посмертной диагностики туберкулеза и микобактериозов, но все они сводились к необоснованно массового забоя животных с целью установления причины реакций на туберкулин и нанесения значительного ущерба, в результате преждевременного убоя продуктивных животных. Насущной стала проблема усовершенствовать прижизненные методы диагностики микобактериозов. С этой целью была применена симультанная аллергическая проба с ППД-туберкулином и аллергеном из атипичных микобактерий (ААМ). Нами дополнительно применена иммунологическая реакция повреждения нейтрофилов и агломерация лейкоцитов, которая позволяет прижизненно дифференцировать туберкулиновые реакции, уменьшить количество отобранных животных для убоя и проведению лабораторного исследования по установлению этиологии аллергических туберкулиновых реакций.

The article deals with the problem of diagnosis, prevention and combat of bovine tuberculosis. Over the past 30 40 years in the study of bovine tuberculosis began to devote massive reacting to tuberculin animals. But mine pathoanatomical study changes characteristic of tuberculosis is not known. In a laboratory study material from animals reacting to tuberculin isolated atypical mycobacteria culture. Scientists have developed a variety of methods for post-mortem diagnosis of tuberculosis and mycobacterioses, but they were as unreasonably mass slaughter of animals for the purpose of establishing the causes of reactions to tuberculin and causing significant damage as a result of premature slaughter of farm animals. An urgent problem was to improve the lifetime mikobakterioziv.Z diagnostic methods for this purpose was used simultaneous allergic test with PPD-tuberculin and allergen from atypical mycobacteria (masses by means). We additionally applied immunological response of neutrophils damage and agglomeration of leukocytes, which allows to differentiate in vivo tuberculin reaction, reduce selected animals for slaughter and laboratory studies to establish the etiology of allergic tuberculin reactions.
