Abstract

Polymorphism of medicinal substances is one of the pharmaceutical factors in many respects defi ning their pharmacological and therapeutic effi ciency. Properties of polymorphic forms of lincomycin and roxithromycin are studied. Possibility of their identifi cation is estimated by methods of infra-red spectroscopy. Further antimicrobic activity of ointments of the named antibiotics made of industrial samples of a substance and samples of antibiotics received in the laboratory has been defi ned.

Полиморфизм лекарственных веществ один из фармацевтических факторов, во многом определяющих их фармакотерапевтическую эффективность. Изучены свойства полиморфных форм линкомицина и рокситромицина. Оценена возможность их идентификации методами инфракрасной спектроскопии. Далее была определена противомикробная активность мазей названных антибиотиков, изготовленных из промышленных образцов субстанции и образцов антибиотиков, полученных в лаборатории.
