
Problems of using different urban land tenure instruments as well as the ecological factor are considered in this article. The author analyses models of instruments use optimization. The model of optimizing long process introduction and regulating instruments utilization is formulated. The optimization problem is solved with the help of linear programming.
В статье рассматриваются вопросы применения различных инструментов городского землепользования с учетом экологического фактора. Анализируются модели оптимизации использования инструментов. Формулируется модель оптимизации длительного процесса ввода и использования инструментов регулирования. Задача решается при помощи линейного программирования.
