The main lines of research and achievements of the laboratory of organic synthesis of natural compounds of the G.B. Elyakov Pacifi c Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, FEB RAS in the fi eld of the synthesis of panaxosides (ginsenosides), cyclopentanoid β,β΄-triketones, polyhydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinones, marine alkaloids, and related compounds obtained over the last forty years are discussed.

Обсуждены основные направления исследований и научные результаты, полученные за 40 лет деятельности лаборатории органического синтеза природных соединений ТИБОХ ДВО РАН в области синтеза гликозидов женьшеня (гинзенозидов), циклопентановых β,β΄-трикетонов, полигидрокси-1,4-нафтохинонов, морских алкалоидов и родственных им соединений.
