Регулирование оборота генно-модифицированных организмов (ГМО) нормами российского права

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам регулирования оборота генно-модифицированных организмов в российском законодательстве. Автор рассматривает данное регулирование в рамках разных отраслей права. В статье поднимаются дискуссионные вопросы о необходимости и границах подобного регулирования. Особое внимание уделено причинам, по которым такое регулирование представляется весьма значимым в настоящее время.

Article is devoted to regulation of genetically-modified organisms in Russian legislation. Author considers this regulation within different branches of law. Article raises controversial questions about necessity and limits of such regulation. Special attention is paid to reasons, for which this regulation is very important at this time.
