О функционировании фразовых глаголов в смысловой среде паремий

Abstract

On the basis of a concrete analysis of modern English proverbs the author of the article considers the interaction of mental spaces, forming the lexical meanings of phrasal verbs and the semantic actualization of sayings, in which phrasal verbs function. The author describes the cognitive mechanism of correlation between pure linguistic peculiarities of phrasal verbs and the knowledge base of proverbial fund, fixed in native speakers' memory.

В статье на основе анализа современных английских пословиц рассматривается взаимодействие ментальных пространств, формирующих лексические значения фразовых глаголов и смысловую актуализацию изречений, в которых функционируют фразовые глаголы. В работе показан когнитивный механизм корреляции между чисто языковыми особенностями фразовых глаголов и структурами знания пословичного фонда, закрепленными в памяти носителей языка.
