Abstract

In this article there is summarized the experience of diagnosis and treatment of cervical headache and vertigo, in the origin of which myofascial dysfunction of muscles the neck and pectoral arch associated with spine biomechanics changes plays important role. Pathogenetic concepts of development of cervical headache and cervical vertigo were presented. It is shown that appropriate diagnosis and consideration of cervical factors in the treatment of both headache and vertigo lead to a significant improvement in the efficiency of therapy.
