Thesis that democratic society can be only a society from the country with developed business is substantiated in the article. That is why while tending to democracy in Russia it is necessary to develop not democracy itself but business as its basis.

В статье обосновывается тезис о том, что демократическим обществом может стать только общество в стране с развитым бизнесом, а потому, стремясь к демократии в России, необходимо развивать не демократию саму по себе, а бизнес, как ее основу.
