This article discusses the basis for development of the innovative regional clusters, including the role of the venture capital funds. The authors note the high interest of Western institutions to the establishment of venture investment in our country. The authors observe foreign experience (Israel) of successful projects focused on creation and implementation of high-tech clusters of small business entities and venture capital. The conclusions are concerned with areas for improvement of investment in the Russian industrial clusters.

В статье рассматриваются основы для развития инновационных региональных кластеров, в том числе роль венчурных фондов; отмечен высокий интерес западных институтов к становлению венчурного инвестирования в нашей стране. Представлен зарубежный опыт (Израиль) удачных проектов создания и реализации высокотехнологических кластеров малых бизнес-субъектов и венчурного капитала. Сделан вывод о направлениях совершенствования инвестирования средств в промышленные кластеры в РФ.
