Статья посвящена роли Всемирной торговой организации в мировом сообществе, и в частности ее влиянию в Российской Федерации. Внимание уделено истории возникновения и развития ВТО, выявлена взаимосвязь организации с международным торговым правом.Проведен сравнительный анализ теоретических и законодательных положений права ВТО с реальной практикой. Проанализирована деятельность органов по решению споров ВТО, а также значение и соблюдение этих решений. Указаны причины вступления России во Всемирную торговую организацию, описан его длительный процесс, потребовавший в том числе внесения изменений в законодательство Российской Федерации.Подняты актуальные вопросы влияния Всемирной торговой организации на современные торговые отношения, рассмотрены различия положения развитых и развивающихся стран в рамках норм права ВТО и их фактического положения. Особое внимание уделено соотношению экономических и политических санкций 2014-2015 гг. и норм права ВТО европейских стран и США по отношению к Российской Федерации.The article is devoted to the role of the world trade organization in the world community and the Russian Federation in particular. Attention is paid to the history and development of the WTO, made for the relationship of the organization with international trade law.A comparative analysis of theoretical and legislative provisions of WTO law with real practice. Analyzed the activity of bodies of WTO disputes settlement, and also value and respect those decisions. The causes of Russia’s accession to the world trade organization, and describes his long process, including changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation. Raised topical issues of the impact of the world trade organization on modern trade relations, examined for differences between developed and developing countries under the rules of WTO law and their actual position. Special attention is given to the relationship between economic and political sanctions 2014-2015 and norms of WTO law in the Europeancountries and the USA to the Russian Federation.
