Abstract

This article describes the focus and the basic means offunctional fitness training. The article also contains: a basic set of elementary physical exercises, are the basis for constructing of functional fitness programs; examples of typical complexes of physical exercises; algorithm of constructing individual and group programs of functional fitness training; methodical and practical recommendations on the implementation of these programs.
